These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the users ("Members") of the wj7 platform and all its services, and the company operating wj7.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. wj7 reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

• Those previously banned from wj7
• Those enrolled in the self-exclusion program
• Wj7 employees and their immediate family members

Wj7 supports deposits via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Debit and credit cards are also accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name
• Third-party payments are not accepted and any such transactions will be voided
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
• Wj7 reserves the right to decline any deposit

To withdraw funds from wj7, your account must have a completed KYC verification. No withdrawals will be processed without it.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 12–24 hours
• Withdrawals are processed faster for VIP members
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Wj7 may request additional documents to verify your identity
• Any portion of funds tied to an unfulfilled bonus turnover requirement cannot be withdrawn

All bonuses and promotions on wj7 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Before claiming any bonus, please read the relevant terms carefully, as each bonus has its own turnover requirements and expiry period.

• Welcome bonus turnover requirement is 15x (deposit + bonus)
• Turnover requirements must be met before withdrawing funds tied to a bonus
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (cashback excluded)
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited from the account

All betting decisions on wj7 are final. wj7 is not liable for any bets voided due to internet or system outages.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled
• Maximum bet amounts vary depending on the game and event
• Live betting odds may change at any time
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets will be voided
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bets will be refunded

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wj7. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using or selling another person's account
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Placing bets automatically using any software or bot
• Using wj7 for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform
• Harassing or defrauding other members

Wj7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Possible reasons for account termination:

• Violating any part of the Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or incorrect information
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• Conducting suspicious financial activity
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
